What is white-label ticketing?
White-label ticketing shows your identity, not the tool's. The domain name, the logo, the colors, the confirmation emails: everything is yours. The platform works behind the scenes and stays invisible to your attendees.
A standard ticketing solution, by contrast, imposes its brand on your sales page and sends emails in its name. Your attendees buy from it, and it is its address they remember, not yours.
Your own domain, in one CNAME record
With Sweescape, your ticketing lives on your domain name, for example tickets.your-brand.com. A single CNAME record is enough to connect it. Your visitors never leave your world.
White label is included from the Advanced plan (one custom domain) and goes up to five domains on the Agency plan, designed for agencies reselling ticketing to their own clients through sub-accounts.
Emails and invitations sent from your domain
Sending your invitations and confirmations from your own domain changes everything for deliverability and image. By configuring your SPF and DKIM records, all transactional and marketing emails go out from your address, not a generic platform address.
The result: fewer messages in spam, a consistent brand end to end, and attendees who instantly recognize the sender.
White label: Sweescape vs. standard ticketing
Where a standard ticketing tool imposes its brand, Sweescape erases its own.
| Criterion | Standard ticketing | Sweescape |
|---|---|---|
| Domain name | Standard ticketing Subdomain of the platform (tickets.the-platform.com) | Sweescape Your own domain (tickets.your-brand.com) via a CNAME record |
| Sending emails | Standard ticketing Emails sent in the platform's name | Sweescape Your sending email addresses, with SPF/DKIM for deliverability |
| Brand shown | Standard ticketing Platform logo and brand visible on your page | Sweescape 100% your brand, the tool disappears entirely |
| Interface customization | Standard ticketing Rigid templates, hard to change | Sweescape Interface customized at 100%, CSS injection possible |
| Invitations and badges | Standard ticketing Imposed templates | Sweescape Drag-and-drop invitations, QR codes and badges in your brand style |
| Reseller and agencies | Standard ticketing Rarely available | Sweescape Reseller sub-accounts: resell ticketing to your clients under white label |
| Pricing model | Standard ticketing Commission on every ticket | Sweescape Fixed subscription, 0% commission on ticketing |
| Your attendee data | Standard ticketing Captured by the platform | Sweescape 100% yours, segmentable and ready to re-engage |
White label, with no commission on your sales
Ticketing under your name should not cost you a percentage on every ticket. Compare a standard ticketing commission with a fixed Sweescape subscription.
When white label is not essential
White label does not make sense in every case. Here is when standard ticketing can be enough.
-
You rely on a marketplace's audience
If you mostly sell through a discovery platform's traffic, showing its brand is part of the deal.
-
A single, one-off event
For one event, with no long-term brand strategy, a custom domain adds little.
-
You do not send emails under your name
If you do not communicate with your attendees by email, the deliverability and sender stakes disappear.
-
Your image already lives on another channel
If your brand is carried elsewhere and ticketing is just a pipe, a standard solution can be enough.

Frequently asked questions
What is white-label ticketing?
It is ticketing that shows your identity and not the tool's: your domain name, your logo, your sending emails and a customized interface. The platform stays invisible to your attendees.
Can I use my own domain name for ticketing?
Yes. With Sweescape, you connect a subdomain like tickets.your-brand.com via a single CNAME record. White label is included from the Advanced plan.
Can I send invitations from my own domain?
Yes. By configuring your DNS records (SPF and DKIM), all emails, invitations and confirmations go out from your address, which improves deliverability and reinforces your brand.
Is white label included or a paid option?
It is included from the Advanced plan, with one custom domain, and up to five domains on the Agency plan. No bespoke offer to negotiate.
Can I resell ticketing to my clients under my brand?
Yes. The Agency plan offers reseller sub-accounts: you manage several clients under white label, each with its own identity.
Is there a commission on tickets sold under white label?
No. Sweescape runs on a fixed subscription, with 0% commission on ticketing, white label included.
