Question 1

What is Sweescape?

Accepted Answer

Sweescape is a commission-free, white-label online ticketing platform. You sell your tickets on your own domain name, in your own colours and from your own sending addresses, for a fixed subscription. Around the ticketing, the same tool runs your email and SMS campaigns, your automations, access control and your sales analytics.

Question 2

What makes Sweescape different from Weezevent or Eventbrite?

Accepted Answer

The pricing model and the brand. Traditional platforms take a commission on every ticket, including the tickets you sell to your own community, and they put their name on your sales page. Sweescape is a fixed subscription with 0% commission, and the buyer only ever sees your domain name, your colours and your email addresses.

Question 3

Who is Sweescape for?

Accepted Answer

Sweescape is built first for promoters and collectives running recurring club nights and gigs, and for festival organisers: the ones with a strong artistic direction, a community that buys directly from them, and enough volume for a 10% commission to cost more than a fixed subscription. Event agencies use it too, to deliver each of their clients a ticketing platform under the client's own name.

Question 4

Can I send SMS invitations with SweeBadge?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The campaign module sends tickets and QR codes by email and SMS, to your whole database or to a segment. That is what you use to announce an on-sale, nudge your community for the last tickets and remind people the day before.

Question 5

Are there any hidden fees or commissions on sales?

Accepted Answer

No. Sweescape runs on a fixed subscription and takes no commission on the tickets you sell: you keep 100% of the takings. Only Stripe payment fees apply, as on any online ticketing platform, because they are banking fees. Sweescape takes nothing on top.

Question 6

What are the advantages of Sweescape over its competitors?

Accepted Answer

Full ticketing customization with CSS injection, your own domain name connected through a CNAME entry, your sending addresses authenticated with SPF and DKIM, your tracking scripts (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4) injected into the ticketing page, and native apps for scanning and on-site management.

Question 7

How can I contact Sweescape customer support?

Accepted Answer

Our support is available via live chat from your dashboard, or by email at support@sweescape.com. Custom plans come with dedicated onboarding.

Question 8

What is SweeInvoice?

Accepted Answer

SweeInvoice is our automated invoicing module. It generates and sends invoices to attendees immediately upon purchase, handles VAT, and allows for accounting entry exports.

Question 9

Can I see if my event is profitable before it takes place?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SweeInvoice tracks the event's profitability from the sales already made and the costs you have entered, while SweeAnalytics reports sales in real time.

Question 10

Can I fully customize my ticketing pages?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Beyond logo and colors, you can inject your own CSS so the ticketing widget blends perfectly into your website's design.

Question 11

Can I use my own domain name for ticketing pages?

Accepted Answer

Yes, this is our flagship feature. You can configure a subdomain (e.g., tickets.my-event.com) via a simple CNAME record.

Question 12

Can I send emails using my own domain (@myagency.com)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. By configuring your DNS records (DKIM/SPF), all transactional and marketing emails will be sent from your own address, ensuring better deliverability and branding.

Question 13

Can I create free or private events (without ticketing)?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can manage free events, invitation-only (RSVP) events, or password-protect access to the ticketing page.

Question 14

Can I generate QR codes for business cards on invitations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, SweeBadge allows you to generate PDF badges including a vCard (Contact QR Code) to facilitate networking among your attendees.

Question 15

How does Sweescape ensure payment security?

Accepted Answer

We use Stripe, the global leader in online payments, certified PCI-DSS Level 1. No banking data passes through our servers.

Question 16

Can I try Sweescape with no commitment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The monthly subscription is 199€ excl. VAT per month, with no commitment and cancellable at any time, and the first month is free. An annual commitment brings the price down to 149€ excl. VAT per month, but the free month applies to the monthly plan only.
