Frequently asked questions about ticketing
How much does Sweescape online ticketing cost?
Sweescape runs on a fixed subscription: 149€ excl. VAT per month on an annual commitment, or 199€ excl. VAT per month with no commitment and the first month free. The number of events, tickets and attendees is unlimited, and no commission is taken on your sales.
Does Sweescape take a commission on tickets sold?
No. Sweescape takes no percentage of your tickets, including the ones you sell to your own community. Only Stripe payment fees apply, as with any online ticketing, because they are banking fees.
When do I receive the money from my ticket sales?
As the sales come in. Every payment is collected directly in your own Stripe account, then paid out to your bank account on your Stripe payout schedule. Sweescape never holds your funds and does not wait until the event is over to pay you.
Can I sell several ticket types with different quotas?
Yes. You create as many tickets as you need, each with its own price, quota and per-order limits. A ticket can also be hidden and reserved for buyers who enter a code, which lets you open a presale to your community before the public on-sale.
Can I ask ticket buyers for information at checkout?
Yes. You add your own fields to the form: text, number, date, checkbox or list of choices. Each field can be asked once per order, or once per ticket when you need the name of every attendee.
Can my ticket page show up on Google?
Yes, and you decide. Every page has its own title, meta description and indexing setting: visible to search engines for a public date, hidden for a private night.
Which languages and currency can I sell tickets in?
The ticket page and the checkout are available in French, English and Spanish. Payments are made in euros.
