Promo codes & presales

Open a presale to your community before anyone else

A code can give a discount, unlock a hidden ticket, or both. And it can apply to a single date, or to your whole season.

  • Discount in % or in euros
  • Access codes with no discount
  • Usage limit per order or per ticket
  • One code shared across several events

0% commission · No commitment · First month free

Five uses, one tool

The private presale

Create a ticket the public cannot see and give the code to your community by email or SMS. They buy before the general on-sale.

Crew and guests

A 0€ ticket reserved for a code, with its own quota: your guest list is managed like a sale.

Partners and media

One code per partner, and you see how many times each one has been used.

The season code

One code, one usage limit, valid on every date you choose.

The classic promo

10% off, 5€ off: limited to a number of uses, or unlimited.

Settings

Every code does exactly what you decide

With or without a discount

Percentage, fixed amount, or no price benefit at all: a code can be used purely to open access.

Precise limits

A limited or unlimited number of uses, counted per order or per ticket.

A scope you choose

A code applies to the events and tickets you select, and not one more.

Reliable under pressure

When a presale opens, uses are locked during payment: the limit is never exceeded.

A community presale, step by step

  1. 1

    Create the hidden ticket

A presale price that is only visible with a code.

  2. 2

    Create the code

For example COMMUNITY, limited to 300 uses.

  3. 3

    Tell your regulars

An email or SMS campaign to your segment of regulars.

  4. 4

    Open to the public

Once the presale has gone, public prices take over.

Frequently asked questions about codes

How do I set up a private presale for my tickets?

Create a ticket whose visibility is restricted to code holders, then create the matching code. The ticket stays invisible on the public page until the buyer enters the code. You then send this code to your community with an email or SMS campaign.

Can a code work without giving a discount?

Yes. A Sweescape code can apply a percentage discount, a fixed-amount discount, or no discount at all. In that last case, it works purely as an access key to one or more tickets.

Can the same promo code be used across several events?

Yes. You choose the events and tickets the code applies to. The usage limit is then shared: a season code limited to 500 uses is counted across all the dates it covers.

How do I limit the number of times a promo code can be used?

Each code is either limited or unlimited. When it is limited, you choose whether one use means one order or one ticket. While a payment is in progress, the use is reserved, which stops two buyers paying at the same time from going over the limit.

Can I track how each promo code is used?

Yes. The codes screen shows, for each code, its number of uses against its limit. By giving a separate code to each partner or media outlet, you see which one brings you sales.
