Direct payouts

Your ticket money goes to you, not to us

Every payment is collected in your own Stripe account. Nothing is held back until the event is over: you sell your tickets, and you fund your night with them.

  • Payments collected in your Stripe
  • No funds held by Sweescape
  • Payouts as the sales come in
  • 0% commission

0% commission · No commitment · First month free

Wait to be paid, or get paid as you sell

With traditional ticketing, your ticket money sits with the platform. Here, it never passes through us.

Ticketing that holds the funds

  • Revenue is paid out after the event
  • You have to front the deposits for artists, venue and production
  • A cash advance has to be requested, and it depends on the platform
  • A commission is taken from every ticket before payout

Sweescape direct payouts

  • Every payment lands in your own Stripe account
  • Your sales fund your deposits, from the presale onwards
  • Payouts follow your Stripe schedule, not ours
  • 0% commission: the amount collected is yours
Cash flow

Your presales fund your night

An event is paid for before it happens. With direct payouts, ticketing becomes your first source of cash flow.

The venue deposit

The first sales land in your account while tickets are still on sale.

Artist fees

You pay what you owe with real revenue, without dipping into your own funds.

Promotion

Your presales pay for your ads, which bring in the next sales.

Zero dependency

Nobody else decides when your money becomes available.

How it works

  1. 1

    You connect your Stripe

Your existing account, or a new one created in a few minutes.

  2. 2

    The buyer pays

By card, on your ticket page, under your name.

  3. 3

    Stripe collects for you

The payment is created directly on your account, not on ours.

  4. 4

    Your bank is credited

On the payout schedule of your Stripe account.

Transparency

Your account, your rules, your paperwork

Your refunds

You refund a buyer from your Stripe dashboard, without asking anyone's permission.

Several Stripe accounts

Attach each event to the right account: handy when you produce for more than one company.

Automatic invoices

Each order can generate its own numbered invoice, in your company's name.

Secure payment

Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. No card data passes through our servers.

Example

A 1,300-capacity club night, funded by its presale

A promoter opens the presale six weeks before the date. Three weeks later, 700 tickets are sold: the revenue is already in their Stripe account, and it covers the venue deposit and half the line-up. With ticketing that holds the funds, they would have fronted all of it.

700
tickets sold three weeks before the date
11,200€
already collected in their Stripe
0€
held by the ticketing provider
0%
commission taken

Illustrative example, fictional figures: 700 tickets at 16€. Stripe payment fees apply.

Frequently asked questions about payouts

When do I get paid for my ticket sales?

As the sales come in. With Sweescape, every payment is collected directly in your own Stripe account, then paid out to your bank account on the payout schedule of your Stripe account. You don't wait for the event to end, and you don't ask for any cash advance.

Does Sweescape hold my funds at any point?

No. Payments are created directly on your Stripe account. The money never passes through a Sweescape account, and no commission is taken along the way. Sweescape earns its revenue from the subscription only.

What fees apply to each payment?

Only Stripe payment fees, which are banking fees and apply to any online ticketing. Sweescape takes no commission and no service fee on top.

How do I refund a ticket buyer?

Refunds are made from your Stripe dashboard, since the payment is on your account. You stay in control of your refund policy, without depending on a third-party customer service team.

Can I use several Stripe accounts?

Yes. You can connect several Stripe accounts and attach each event to the account you want. The Advanced plan includes one account, the Agency plan includes five, so you can collect payments in the name of each of your brands or clients.

Do I need an existing Stripe account?

No. You can connect an existing account or create one during setup. Stripe will ask for the usual legal information about your business before activating payouts.
