Segments that update themselves
A segment is not a frozen list. It is a rule, re-evaluated the moment the campaign goes out.
Nine operators
Equals, does not equal, contains, does not contain, starts with, is empty, is not empty, greater than, less than.
All or at least one
Combine your rules with AND or OR, depending on how precise you need to be.

Who owns your audience?
On a ticketing marketplace
- The buyer creates an account with the platform
- The platform recommends events other than yours
- You export a file, when that is possible
- Your campaigns happen elsewhere, without purchase data
With Sweescape
- The buyer buys from you, on your domain
- Your audience grows with every date
- Ticketing data feeds straight into your segments
- Email and SMS campaigns in one place, with revenue measured
Frequently asked questions about audiences
How do I reuse the buyers from one event for the next one?
In Sweescape, the attendees of an event turn into an audience in one click, or are added to an existing audience. That audience then serves as the base for your email and SMS campaigns to announce the next date.
What is a dynamic segment?
A dynamic segment is a set of rules applied to an audience, for example city equals Lyon and number of events greater than 2. The rules are evaluated at send time: new contacts that match are included automatically.
Can I import my existing contact database?
Yes, in CSV or Excel format. You indicate which column holds the email address and which one holds the phone number. On import, a contact that already exists is updated rather than duplicated.
Who owns my ticket buyers' data?
You do. Sweescape does not recommend other events to your buyers and does not resell your data. You can export your attendees in CSV format at any time.
How are unsubscribes handled?
Every campaign contains an unsubscribe link unique to the recipient. An unsubscribed person, an invalid address or a spam complaint is removed from your next campaigns on the channel concerned. Transactional messages, such as ticket delivery, are not affected.
