Prepare a campaign
The announcement email is written in blocks, attached to the right audience, ready to review.
Query your numbers

Connect a domain
Declare and verify the custom domain of a ticket page.
Duplicate an event
Use the previous date as the basis for the next one.
The assistant prepares, you decide

Frequently asked questions about the AI assistant
Can I set up event ticketing with ChatGPT or Claude?
With Sweescape, yes. An MCP server links your account to your AI assistant. You describe your event in plain language, and the assistant creates the event, the tickets, the codes, the ticket page or the campaign, as drafts in your account.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use external tools. The Sweescape MCP server exposes more than thirty actions: reading your events and statistics, creating tickets, codes, automations, campaigns or a custom domain.
Can the AI assistant publish or send anything without me?
No. Everything the assistant creates arrives as a draft. You review it, then you publish the page or send the campaign yourself from Sweescape.
What does the AI built into Sweescape do?
It writes your emails and event descriptions, reviews your invitations and badges, and summarises the answers to your satisfaction surveys. The Advanced plan includes 25 AI credits per month, the Agency plan 50. One credit equals one request.
How do I connect my AI assistant to Sweescape?
From Claude or ChatGPT, add the Sweescape connector, then sign in with your account: authorisation goes through a secure connection. The assistant only acts when you ask it to, and you can remove this access at any time.
